Shipping policy

Online Ordering

Upon making an order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received.  If you do not receive this email within 4 hours, please check your junk/spam folder.  If you still cannot find it, please contact us on 7950 3128 (WhatsApp available on same number).

You will afterwards receive an email confirming your order has been fulfilled and despatched and, if your order is being delivered by a third party service provider, the email will include a link to track your delivery.

Delivery Charges

Malta & Gozo - A Delivery Charge of €5.00 shall be applied on orders under €50.00, Delivery is Free for orders over €50.00

For International Orders, we shall be in touch with shipping rates prior to shipping your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are delivered within one to two business days.  If you have any specific requests please feel free to reach out and we shall do our utmost to accede to your request.

Out of Stock Items

Usually all items displayed on our site as In Stock are available for immediate dispatch.  In the unlikely event that any ordered goods are not readily available we shall contact you to offer you an option between any available similar items or a full refund.  Should we not be able to reach you within the timeframe required for an efficient delivery we shall issue a refund of the item in question and, if the item is part of a larger order, we shall despatch the remaining items for delivery.
