Refund policy

At Popit Kingdom, we aim to ensure all customers are happy with their purchases.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

We also accept returns for non-defective items (for example, if an incorrect item was ordered), provided that:
- The item is unused and unopened  
- It is returned in its original packaging  
- The return is requested on receipt of delivery  

Customers may choose between a refund or exchange, subject to item availability.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent by us.

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note:
- Opened trading cards, stickers, and collectible items cannot be returned  
- Pre-order items are non-refundable unless faulty
