Samir is a blue whale. He has a fin on each side of his body and one atop his head, as well as a fluke (tail fin). His white belly is divided by broken, pale grey lines. He has large black eyes and a smiling mouth.
Melzie is a tan chipmunk with rounded ears and a long tail. There are three brown markings on her head with one on her forehead and two on the sides. She has a white mark by her mouth and inner ears, with a white fuzzy belly. Her tail is tan and has white and brown stripes with a white marking underneath. She has black, rounded eyes, a black nose and curved mouth.
